So glad I joined. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the gym is very well maintained, it has everything you need equipment wise and I enjoy their classes! I decided to buy PT sessions and Jacqueline has been great. She pushes me out of my comfort zone but also knows my limits. I actually enjoy going to the gym now!

First time going there today! and so far I loved it! It’s a very nice calm comfortable environment with great equipment made working out so much more enjoyable you can also use the studio in between classes for extra workouts stretching etc which is great!
