Sport has always been my go-to from childhood to adulthood. I played football for many years and then went on to compete in athletics. I have an extensive knowledge of athlete performance requirements within specific sports and can provide tailored advice and coaching on what training programmes you should be doing in order to maximise your performance output.

My mission is to support, share my knowledge, and help others lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Hi everyone, my name is Becca and I’m a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have always been passionate about fitness and have recently completed a master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology where I learnt about the barriers and motivators for exercise engagement in different populations and of the importance of mental training in improving athletic performance.Dance is my main sport and this definitely influences my training style – expect functional exercises with a focus on core strength, mobility and endurance. As a woman entering the fitness space, I started off shy and anxious, especially in the weights section. It took courage, consistency, and a lot of self-belief to get to where I am today. Fast forward three years and I’m still on my bodybuilding journey, stronger in every sense of the word.

Hi! I’m Clara and I’m a Fitness Instructor and a PT in training. I’m currently a Musical Theatre Student but have always had a passion for fitness and challenging myself outside of dance since I was little. I started out in the gym floor properly when I was about 15 and have enjoyed it ever since, the real difference in my confidence and results being when I worked with my PT! I’m hoping to be that same person for someone else.

How do I join?

Simply click “Join Now” in the top right of the webpage and select your preferred gym location. Choose your desired membership and get started NOW! You can also sign up at the gym (concessions must sign up at the gym).

What classes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of classes including HIIT; Legs, Bums & Tums; Steps; Body Pump; Yoga and many more! See your chosen gym’s Class Schedule for details.

What facilities do you have?

We offer all the practical facilities you could desire including changing rooms; shower room; filtered drinking tap; secure lockers; and a vanity area with hairdryers and straighteners. Check with your preferred gym location for details.

How do you cancel?

If we cannot tempt you to stay, simply provide confirmation to us via an email and we will do the rest.
