I am very hardworking, motivational and passionate about fitness and love when I can be a part of helping others achieve their goals, not just physically but also mentally.

From a young age, I’ve always loved being active and taking part in activities such as sprinting competitions, gymnastics and weight lifting. As a Fitness Instructor with Level 2 Personal Exercise and Level 1 Health and Nutrition qualifications, I am able to encourage and support a wide range of members build up their confidence and knowledge in the gym and help them achieve their individual fitness goals.

Fitness isn’t just a hobby for me, it’s a lifestyle! I am always working on being the best version of myself and pushing myself to my max potential.

Hi, my name is Kayleigh!

I have been a qualified PT for 4 years now. I have enjoyed being a PT since the day I qualified and constantly strive to put my all into my clients’ development.

I am conscientious, personable and always on hand to help members with any guidance they may need. I have an advanced kettlebell class qualification and also have experience with MMA. I am currently working towards a CPD in order to be qualified in instructed MMA conditioning.

Nutrition is a big part of my life, and as an aspiring functional medicine practitioner, I am able to offer personalised and detailed advice to any members who are interested to learn more.


Hi, my name is Jaqueline!

Sport has always been my go-to from childhood to adulthood. I played football for many years and then went on to compete in athletics field events. I have an extensive knowledge of athlete performance requirements within specific sports and can provide tailored advice and coaching on what training programmes you should be doing in order to maximise your performance output.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physical Education Sport and Exercise Science and a IGA Level 2 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics qualification. I have experience with patient rehabilitation for those with Parkinson's and in stroke recovery. Exercise is not only good for your fitness and health but your mental health also - keeping active will keep your mind active!

Currently, I am working towards my Level 3 personal training qualification with Goldex Fitness.

Hi, my name is Louise!

I’ve always enjoyed being around positive people who want to work hard and better themselves and I found that when joining the gym. I am a musical theatre student and have always loved the adrenaline and endorphins after working out or doing a class, so I knew that becoming a personal trainer was right for me.

I want to help people grow, feel self-confident and further their knowledge on health and how to better themselves. I’m confident that I will be able to help you achieve your goals!


Hi, my name is Mitchell!

I have been playing football and loved being active since I could walk, so health and fitness has always been a big part of my life.

I spent 2 years completing my Diploma in Level 3 Sport Exercise and Science and am very knowledgeable in this field. I strive to help people and you will regularly find me walking around the gym floor ready to spot/assist or answer any questions you may have.

Currently, I am studying to be a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer with Goldex Fitness and plan to build upon my personal development by completing additional strength and conditioning courses as well.

Hi, my name is Rashid!

I went on to become an international Taekwondo champion - something I never imagined I could achieve but I did it in my first ever championship. If you train hard and believe in yourself, you can achieve anything.
